Yes, and Full Circle Proposals is delighted to work with highly motivated organizations like yours! After an initial session to get to know your organization and its needs, Full Circle Proposals can determine grant opportunity options and make recommendations. Then our team will work to lead each grant proposal application process and develop the grant application documents.

The window for proposal development is driven by the deadline, of course, but also the funder’s requirements for application and any stages of competition. Developing a grant application can take a few days or a few months, depending on the solicitation guidelines. Full Circle Proposals will work with your organization to help determine eligibility, viability, and feasibility for submitting a proposal. We create a timeline and work to ensure that progress is on track for completion by the client's internal deadline for submission.

We will work with your organization to meet deadlines for contract-specified deliverables.

At Full Circle Proposals we work to position clients for funding request success. This work begins with  initial consultation and review of your organization’s mission, vision, and plan moving forward; consideration of the relative risks and rewards of specific funding opportunities; and strategizing for successful outcomes. Then we can formalize a contract or other service agreement that is customized to your organization’s needs.

Full Circle Proposals creates a proposal components checklist, timeline, writing template, and review rubric and uses these tools during the grant writing process. In addition to helping prepare the proposal documents, Full Circle Proposals can also help by drafting any communications to funders.

No, we abide by the Grant Professionals Association and Association of Fundraising Professionals’ codes of ethics, which bar accepting any percentage of grant funding or any commission based on your organization’s grant success. Payment to Full Circle Proposals is for services delivered.

Each client is unique, so fees and project costs are based on each contracted scope of service to meet client need. Organizations wanting to maintain or ramp up benefit as retainer clients, whereas those needing our services a few times a year benefit as engaged clients (that pay one-half of the project estimate up front and remainder after work is completed). Organizations with a one-time need are charged hourly rates after paying a deposit (one-half of project estimate) to get the proposal onto the Full Circle Proposals calendar.

Full Circle Proposals will provide a contractual agreement to be signed by both parties. We accept multiple forms of payment and can be established as a vendor for ACH transactions.
