This client's team brought a funding opportunity to Full Circle Proposals, and weekly meetings soon got underway. After a few weeks of working toward seeking alignment between the team's interest and funder's priorities, the team agreed that seeking other potential funding sources would be advisable. Full Circle Proposals then pivoted toward drafting for a new funder, helping substantially with the research design in addition to the standard rubric review and copyedit.
RESULT: A $30,000 grant that funded a one-year study to enhance capacity for expanding equity and advancement in the national nurse faculty workforce.

RESULT: A $2,555,877 grant that funded a five-year program to implement an inter-professional advanced practice provider integrated substance use disorder training program in rural and partly rural counties.
A federal funding opportunity posted during the summer. With the client's fully engaged project lead, Full Circle Proposals was able to draft, rigorously review, and copyedit the client's proposal documents with very short turnaround. The client won one of only 10 awards made by this federal agency.
RESULT: A $3,923,000 grant that funded a four-year training academy for nursing clinical faculty and preceptors in the Southeast.
An application to a federal agency – developed, reviewed, and copyedited by Full Circle Proposals – scored 100 and was approved but not awarded for a highly competitive funding program. In the following fiscal year, the agency allocated additional funding and the project director was contacted to arrange for award one year after submission of the original application.
RESULT: $499,999 of funding for a two-year public health nursing workforce training program, featuring immersions and telehealth, to prevent and reduce maternal mortality and strengthen healthcare access in rural areas.
A proposal to a high-profile national foundation for a faculty fellowship program led to an invitation to interview. Full Circle Proposals was actively engaged in proposal development as well as arranging and conducting a mock review and debrief in advance of the finalist interview.
RESULT: A $165,000+ award from a highly-selective program to fund a one-year, Washington, DC-based fellowship focused on health policy.

A proposal to a national foundation for a prestigious one-time grant program led to invitations to interview as a semi-finalist and then as a finalist. Full Circle Proposals was actively engaged in proposal development as well as prepping for and conducting mock interview panels and debriefs prior to the actual finalist interviews.
RESULT: A ~$1.5 million, three-year grant funding research to test payment strategies for dementia-sensitive primary care in senior living communities, conducted by occupational therapists and dementia care assistants, to maintain participants’ independence for as long as possible.

RESULT: A $3 million, three-year training grant to expand and support the work of community health workers -- including health educators, community organizers, capacity builders and care delivery team members -- in a major metropolitan area.
